Booking to attend the conference

You can book places at the conference using our secure online payment system or alternatively print out and complete a form and post it to us along with payment.

The conference takes place on the 6th, 7th & 8th November 2009. You can select to attend everyday of the conference or just particular days. There is a reduction for attending all days of the conference.

There is a 5% discount available for booking and paying online.

A further 5% discount is available for early bird bookings placed before 15th May 2009.

Also a further 5% discount is available if you are attending every day of the conference.

If you have an MIP Promotional Code you will receive an extra 5% discount.

Please note that accommodation at the conference hotel is not included in the conference booking fee. However, we have secured a special rate for our delegates who wish to stay at the conference hotel. Please visit our  'How to book hotel' page for further information. Lunch is included in the Conferece fee.

Please note that the last day for booking the Saturday evening banquet if you are not planning to stay at the conference hotel on the Saturday night is the 20th October as we need to pass on numbers to chefs at the hotel.
